This place was running a promo around Father’s Day - a month of free washes for the price of one premium wash! I declined, but they pushed back saying “why not take advantage”?! - I explicitly asked if it was a monthly membership automatically charged or if this was just a deal for the first month. They assured me it was just 1 month and I would not be automatically charged. A month later, I was disappointed to see my card auto charged. I tried to call and cancel, but the voicemail said I needed to go to the store to visit. It Felt sneaky and dishonest. Outside of this experience , it was a great car wash.

PROMOTION THAT CANT BE PASSED UP IF YOU PLAN ON WASHING AT CALIBER!! First month of their signature washes are only $15 bucks when you join their limitless wash club right now. Hands down friendliest staff today when I arrived. Rain or shine there is always someone there to say hello to me and ask how my day is going and sometimes that’s all a person needs in a day! A little kindness goes a long way and Caliber never disappoints when it comes to that!

I use to like going to this car wash bc it was quick and works well in between other hand washes. However, this morning I was busy trying to just breeze through like I usually have and now they have a sales person standing there to take your card that tries to sell you on a membership. Lady, I’m literally here to get my car washed ONCE. I don’t want a membership. Then once you are out and using the vacuum some other random sales guy is coming up to you trying to sell you something. Like dude I can’t even hear you over the noise of the vacuums. Also I’m here to wash my car and leave not get harassed by 2 people in the process. Annoying that when everything’s already so much money now there’s sales people trying to take more of it. Just leave me alone and let me get my car washed.

THANK GOD I DID NOT BUY INTO THE MEMBERSHIP!! I TOOK MY TRUCK THROUGH, THE TAILGATE BUMPER AREA NEVER EVEN GOT WET MUCH LESS WASHED. THE VACUUMES WOULD NOT SUCK EVEN THE SLIGHTEST DIRT FROM THE CARPETS, I TRIED 2!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CLEAN OR DIRTY RAGS AT ANY OF THE STATIONS TO CLEAN YOUR VEHICLE. PROPS TO THE ATTENDANT THOUGH, I HAD A STRAP SOME HOW GET WRAPPED AROUND MY BACK WHEEL AND HE GOT IT UNHOOKED FOR ME.

I visited Caliber Car Wash (Location #041) on April 6, 2026, around 9:30 AM, and had a great overall experience. I purchased the Graphene wash for $29.99 and received a 10% military discount, bringing my total to $26.99, which I really appreciated. Another plus—there was no wait at all, which made the visit even more convenient. Conner, the manager on duty, was very helpful and took the time to clearly explain their pricing and membership options. He explained that with a three-car plan, all vehicles need to be in the same category, and each additional car gets 15% off. That was great information as I consider options for my household. After going through the wash, I used the free vacuum area, which was convenient and worked well. I did notice my truck still looked a bit dirty afterward, but that may have been due to user error on my part—I initially forgot to put my truck in neutral when entering, and Conner mentioned the timing may have been off because of that. What really stood out was the customer service—Conner honored the situation and gave me a free pass to go through the wash again. That level of professionalism and care meant a lot.
